Classic Punch

Ingredients

3 lemons

6 oz sugar

1 750 ml bottle of spirits

4 ½ cps of cool water (A little less if serving in a punch bowl with ice).

Method of Prep

  • Peel the lemons, trying to avoid getting the white pith and place in a bowl. Add 6 oz of sugar and muddle. Let sit at least 30 minutes

  • Squeeze the juice of the lemons and more if needed for 6 fl. Oz of lemon juice. Mix in with sugar. Add water from the 4 ½ cups if needed to help dissolve the sugar.

  • Add the bottle of spirits and mix. Add the rest of the water if you haven’t done so yet

  • To serve, either pour in a punch bowl, full of ice, or serve individually to order over ice in a glass
