The Mistletoe
Ingredients
2 oz dry Gin
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio honey to water)
3 raspberries
2 sprigs of rosemary
Method of Prep
Muddle raspberries, rosemary, and honey syrup in a shaker tin.
Add gin, lemon juice, and ice.
Shake until chilled
Strain into a coupe or small wine glass
Garnish with a raspberry and sprig of rosemary
